Skydiving legends Craig Girard and Eliana Rodriguez are back in Arizona, after 6 years of coaching the Dubai 4-way and 8-way teams. They will be available for team and individual coaching from the end of January. They will be based out of Casa Grande but freelancing worldwide.

Craig and Eliana have returned because Skydive Dubai has ceased all sponsorship for skydiving teams. This is disappointing for the sport but we must thank Skydive Dubai for its advancement of skydiving through years of funding and promotion.

Craig has more World Champion titles in 4-way and 8-way than anyone else in history (with the Golden Knights and Airspeed). Eliana became the first female 8-way World Champion in 2004, and went on to set many World Records and win more world titles with Airspeed 4-way, flying with Craig as piece partner. They have turned tandem jumpers into competitive skydivers with a 19.8 average in 4-way, and 16.9 in 8-way. As coaches they always pushed the team forward, despite line-up changes every year, and found creative ways to motivate team members.

Craig said, “It’s been an AWESOME experience! Dubai is an amazing place to live and this has been a brilliant chapter. One door closes, another opens! I can't wait to see what's next!”

Eliana added, “I’m a little sad it’s over but excited for what the future will bring, and really looking forward to seeing more of friends and family back in the US.’
