Keep your chest close to the door, brace into the wind, take a deep breath before you count, launch up, out and away - arms and legs strong but relaxed. Boom!
Take your time getting into a strong, confident stance. Stand with arms in front and chest presented to the wind before you leave the plane. Think of jumping out towards the wingtip of the plane.
