World Indoor Skydiving Championships
How did indoor skydiving become accepted by the World Airsports Federation?
Satori Academy have been building teams since 2011 and have created twenty-eight 4-way teams and two 8-way teams. The 4-way teams are in Rookie, A, AA, AAA and have won many Gold, Silver & Bronze medals. People often wonder if they are good enough to join. We say as long as you are enthusiastic, committed and willing to learn the sooner you sign up, the better!
The aim is to train in preparation for the British Nationals 2015. The commitment is 60-80 jumps (depending on the category) and 4 hours in the tunnel. Each team will train for 7 days at Skydive Algarve and 4 days at Skydive Hibaldstow; and the tunnel will be either at Mankix or Bedford.
All jumps and tunnel time are coached by multiple National Champions, World Medalists and 20+ averages; Julia Foxwell, John McIver and Steve Hamilton.
