Tip Tuesday: Landing Patterns
Heading to a new DZ? Here are a few tools from Flight-1's Justin Price to help you scope it out before you even get there...
Head down record plans or not, it's nearly impossible to walk up to a dropzone and get on a bigway head down load without some serious planning…
LSD Bigway HD Camp is the perfect training camp for people who are heading to any of the records this summer (World, Germany) or are looking to start training or sharpen their bigway skills with two plane formation skydives with top level coaches and a beach setting.
The setting: Empuriabrava July 6-8.
The coaches: Nimmo of Fly Warriors and Ally Milne. The video team: Gustavo Cabana and Adrian Drazskowski.
Altitude? No problem. Every load will fly to 16,500 ft / 5030 meters.
The end goal: Make a two plane formation. The set up with the camp is to divide the participants into two groups and work together the first day on levels, slot and docks. When the LSD participants prove their safety in numbers, the groups are combined for two plane formation loads.
With 3 camps already under their belt, this camp concept works. Most participants are repeat participants, coming back for the high level coaching, progression and undeniably cool team progress.
Just one month away, the LDS slots are filling up fast.
