2. Contributor Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n(a) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions\nto use all text, images, video and other included media, and authorise Skydive\nMag to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary\nrights in any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User\nSubmissions in the manner outlined by our Skydive Mag Terms<\/a>; and (b) you have the consent, release,\nand\/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User\nSubmission to use the name or likeness of every such individual(s) to enable\ninclusion of the User Submissions in the manner outlined by the Skydive Mag Terms<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n3. Prohibited User Submissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n(a) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise\nsubject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity\nrights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their\nrightful owner to post the material and to grant Skydive Mag all of the license\nrights granted herein; or
\n(b) submit falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Skydive Mag, its\nAdvertisers or any third party; or
\n(c) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libellous,\nthreatening, abusive, pornographic, harassing, racially or ethnically\noffensive, in breach of confidence, or encourages conduct that would be\nconsidered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, violate any law,\nor is otherwise inappropriate; or
