Falling in a stable position in free fall will be an unaccustomed force on your body and probably cause parts to ache. The more supple you are the better.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h1>Watch and learn<\/h1>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you can spare the time, go to the dropzone you&#8217;ve booked at in advance and spend a day watching. You&#8217;ll pick up a lot by watching canopies fly and land, seeing aircraft do the same, and it will all help acclimatise you to the environment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.skydivemag.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/\/1a0a6a81-d265-46f5-b334-5d6071957bb3.jpg\" alt=\"Level 3 \u2013 The moment of release!\"><\/p>\n<h1>Watch AFF<\/h1>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Watching AFF at the dropzone, or viewing AFF videos is a great way to prepare.
