He takes a few minutes to interview fellow organiser and general superstar Michael Vaughan.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Michael Vaughan and Jules McConnell\" src=\"https:\/\/www.skydivemag.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/\/0fce343a-2ad3-4074-bbd5-a941eabb2be0.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<p>Michael is probably best known for his aggressive canopy piloting techniques. He competed internationally on the circuit for many years, and was a master at the speed technique of lying horizontally in the harness to maximise glide. He is now spending his time building canopy formations, coaching canopy skills and organising around the world.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Michael has recently been making safety videos for the APF (Australian Parachute Federation) about malfunctions.
