\"Full<\/p>\n

It is Revenge weekend at Bodyflight! We have 17 British teams at AAA category, 4 teams at AA category, 12 teams at A and 8 teams at Rookies gives a nice total of 41 teams. The idea, to have a rematch after Nationals, to see what you could have won…<\/p>\n

Revenge is what it says on the tin, with different line-ups flying at full fire. British National Champions Voodoo has Gary Smith replacing Liz Matthews, Kaizen has Alex Del Cucino replacing Laura McLelland, Bodyflight Isis has Tarn Hollis replacing Sparky (who was replacing Sarah), Vision 99 has Peter \u2018Taf\u2019 Mather replacing Steve Hamilton. Full stop XL (Steve, John, Milko and Sian) is kicking big-time high scores even with some hiccups. No surprises there \u263a<\/p>\n

\"Atmosfera\"<\/p>\n

#Stepping it up<\/p>\n

Even though this is a \u2018revenge\u2019 weekend, there are some teams who choose to have fun and raise the boundaries. Nationals AA gold medallists Phoenix team from Skydive Langar, who have been coached by Milko and Sian, stepped up to AAA along with silver medallists Equal Pay For Women another AA team; but interestingly Phoenix are switching slots on every round!! Team Vortex from Skydive Netheravon, a single A team is also competing in AAA category.<\/p>\n

The word on the streets<\/h1>\n

ChatterChicks, Bodyflight Aero, Mental Box and Fiaskipdemayo are having a very tight competition in the AA category. I hear Chatteris-based team ChatterChicks started their competition career as a rookie then went to A in their first year; this year they start the season as A category team and moved up to AA category mid-season. There is a sneaky talk going around that they may move to AAA category next year. Watch this space!<\/p>\n

\"Chatterchicks\"<\/p>\n

Team Fly Wild has been rocking the single A category and all the training and hard work is paying off as they are a considerable way out in front in the Gold Medal position. There are only 4 points at round 7 between 2nd and 4th, cannot wait to see how it pans out!<\/p>\n

Excitement on AA category for a first place between Fiaskipdemayo and Bodyflight Aero, none of the teams was keen to do jump-off as they all had a drink and could not be bothered\u2026 so they suggest rock, scissors and paper game for the decision to find out who is the winner, there is always a way to find out who won, right?! They were on equal points (174 after 10 rounds), and the decision was made to award it to the twins team, for the highest individual score.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And finally…<\/h1>\n

Revenge is done and dusted after a long, fun day.. So the medals went to:<\/p>\n

##AAA category<\/p>\n

Full Stop XL got the Gold Medal with 253 points and a 25.3 average, Vooodo follow them with 236 points and took Silver Medal and Vision 99 got their hands on Bronze Medal with 218 points. In fourth was Kaizen with 213, then Bodyflight Isis with 212… these teams all in the same order as UK Nationals (apart from Full Stop XL, a scratch team of all-stars who did not do Nationals). The ‘Revenge award’ in AAA could almost go to Pink Stingers, who turned a 9.8 average at Nationals to a 16.2 average at Revenge .. but in fact must go to Equal Pay for Women for overtaking arch rivals Phoenix (who beat them by 6 point at Nationals) turning the tables and ending 17 points ahead.<\/p>\n

\"AAA<\/p>\n

##AA category<\/p>\n

Chatterchicks got Bronze Medal with 169 points, Silver Medal went to Bodyflight Aero with 174 points and Fiaskipdemayo took Gold Medal with 174 points. ‘AARevenge award’ goes to Chatterchicks for turning a 9 average and 14th place at Nationals to a 16.9 and bronze medal at Revenge.<\/p>\n

\"AA<\/p>\n

##A category<\/p>\n

Bronze Medal went to Funzies with 137 points, Nobody Expects the Wurst got the Silver Medal with 139 points, Gold Medal went Fly Wild with 144 points, as they deserved!<\/p>\n

\"A<\/p>\n

##Rookies category<\/p>\n

Newton’s Nightmare grabbed the Bronze Medal with 98 points, RAFSPA FireFly got Silver Medal with 129 points and Black Hawk became Gold medallist with 164 points. Newtons take the ‘Rookie’s Revenge’ award for improving throughout the season, and more than doubling their Nationals 4.1 average to 9.8.<\/p>\n

\"Rookie<\/p>\n

What a fun competition. Here’s looking forward to next year\u2019s Revenge! However, before then is the 10th Year Anniversary of the Bodyflight<\/a> World Challenge to attend! Make sure it is in your diaries!<\/p>\n

Bodyflight\u2019s owner and event organizer Paul Mayer said, he had a very fun day, and he feels sorry for the poor souls that could not be here to share the fun!<\/p>\n
