C\u00e9sar is celiac!\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dani \u2013 One that looks plain on the outside, but has chocolate inside!\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you were an animal, what animal would you be?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e9sar \u2013\u00a0An eagle\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dani \u2013 (Dani asked me if I had seen the Lion King &#8211; umm, of course!) I\u2019d be Pumbaa the warthog, of Timon and Pumbaa\u00a0 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e9sar \u2013 Just to be free &#8211; away from the busy cities<\/li>\n<li>Dani \u2013 Veterinarian or a pro skateboarder\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Can you touch your nose with your tongue?<\/em>  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e9sar \u2013 No (he really can\u2019t&#8230; at all&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Dani \u2013 No. Maybe I could have before Cesar broke my nose! (NOTE: this was a tunnel accident, not a fight!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>You\u2019ve been given an elephant. You aren\u2019t allowed to give it away or sell it. What would you do with it?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e9sar\u2013 I\u2019d play with it. (C\u00e9sar stopped and thought for a moment&#8230;) And&#8230; teach it to fly&#8230;!?<\/li>\n<li>Dani \u2013 Teach it tricks &#8211; it could shower me with cold water after training!\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>How would your best friend describe you in just three words?<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e9sar \u2013 With. One. Finger!\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dani \u2013 Disorganised. Unfocused. Fun!\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>On a scale of 1 &#8211; 10, how would you rate me as an interviewer?<\/em>  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e9sar \u2013 10 + 0.5!\u00a0 <\/li>\n<li>Dani \u2013 \u00a010 + 2 (We hi-fived!)\u00a0 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Team questions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u2028I asked each member of the team these questions separately. The questions were about their team mate and they had to answer honestly. Then they were allowed to compare answers\u2026\u2028<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Who has the best dress sense?<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2028C &#8211; C\u00e9sar<\/li>\n<li>D &#8211; C\u00e9sar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Who takes the longest to get ready?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2028C &#8211; Dani<\/li>\n<li>D &#8211; Dani<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Who is the BOSS!?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They both laughed and just said&#8230;\u00a0Aida Rico Garc\u00eda!!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Who can eat the most?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2028C &#8211; C\u00e9sar<\/li>\n<li>D &#8211; C\u00e9sar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Who is the most immature?<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2028C &#8211; Dani<\/li>\n<li>D &#8211; Dani<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Who is the fastest flyer?<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2028C &#8211; Soon it will be Dani<\/li>\n<li>D &#8211; C\u00e9sar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Who smells the most delicious?<\/em>  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2028C &#8211; C\u00e9sar<\/li>\n<li>D &#8211; \u2028C\u00e9sar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Who is the messiest?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The boys didn\u2019t understand this word in English. As soon as they heard the translation they pointed vigorously at each other!
