I hope this can be useful to many people in the sport whether you\u2019re trying to figure out how to do better exits and breakouts for yourself or as an added instruction tool for coaching or organising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I want to give a huge thanks to Jackie Treehorn who produced it and without which it for sure couldn\u2019t happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I hope you like it.
