This is seriously the best way to start your next season: three days packed with knowledge, experience, great deals from manufacturers and\u2026 parties!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#eded90\"><strong>Experience boost like no other<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The previous edition, back in 2022, was a great success. Over 550 skydivers packed in one place to learn, share experience and knowledge, discuss business, make deals, and have fun. Civilians and military representatives; students, fun jumpers and professionals; manufacturers and end-users; a full representation of our diverse, colorful, and exciting sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wonder if it\u2019s worth spending time and money on attending, we can tell you this: with the intense growth of skydiving popularity, investing in knowledge has never been so important as today. Taking part in the Symposium will make you much more ready for the unexpected, will give you new knowledge and perspective on already known procedures and also will let you benefit from the mistakes of others. This is priceless.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cThe main idea of the event is to bring the European community together and prepare for the season 2024<\/em>\u201d &#8211; says Marta Molinska, ESS co-organizer from Sky Camp Drop Zone. \u201c<em>After the wintertime, even experienced jumpers may feel some anxiety before the first jump of the year, not to mention students. The fifth edition will present five \u2018stages\u2019, aimed at different roles in the sport:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fun Jumpers (all levels)<\/li><li>Tandem\/Camera<em>: <\/em><strong><em>powered by UPT<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>AFF Instructors:<strong><em> powered by MaxFly<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>Riggers: <strong><em>powered by Vigil<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>DZ Management: <em><strong>powered by CYPRES<\/strong><\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cWe know each group of our community needs different presentations. If you\u2019re an experienced Tandem Master, you won\u2019t need to listen about the dos and don\u2019ts on a new dropzone. You&#8217;d more likely want to listen to the tandem landing techniques and traffic control<\/em>\u201d, says Arek \u201cMaya\u201d Majewski from LOT G7, organizer of the event. \u201c<em>But if you\u2019re just about to hit your first 100 jumps, you might find a lot of insights that are not really a part of an AFF course. Very often, there is not enough time during the jumping days to explain such matters as the importance of the separation between the groups, jump run mysteries, or risks that come with a brand-new GoPro on your helmet. And &#8211; obviously &#8211; there are some aspects of skydiving that we all should care about, like potential emergencies on the plane. For the first time in years, <strong>Brian Germain<\/strong> will come to Europe. He is going to talk about adopting a holistic approach to safety in skydiving. By the decision of the main organizer &#8211; Arek \u2018Maya\u2019 Majewski from LOTG7 &#8211; the European Skydiving Symposium takes place every two years to make sure it doesn\u2019t clash with the PIA Symposium in the USA, held every two years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>We didn\u2019t want to make an impression of competition between the events,\u201d<\/em> continued Maya. \u201c<em>The idea was for both events to complement each other. The buffet-style lunch, multiple coffee stations and various chillout areas create a very social atmosphere, which is perfect for meeting other skydivers, who come from all over Europe. Of course the bars are busy and lively throughout the day and a lot of the night. In each country, there is going to be one person (or two maximum) for local skydivers to reach out to and learn about the event: tickets, transportation, agenda, mobile App, and all other aspects that are important to every participant.
