Here is a pack job I did to help out a student. There are many ways. Many people change their pack job. Mine has changed a few times but this is how I have done it for a few years. I have almost 4,000 jumps and I like this.

If you are ever having consistent off-heading openings you can try doing the reduction folds the opposite side first, or fold them half way in then half again, this way it is symmetrical.
