Stability Drills

Neutral FS Body position – elements. Arch is in the hips, the knees are the lowest part of the body. Arms and legs provide equal pressure on the wind. Limbs are relaxed and can move independently of the core, which holds the position strongly.

Range of Motion Drills

Feel stability in the core while moving your legs and arms – without moving the body.
