X-Wing Phase 2

Visit Us

We completed phase two of flight testing our new Xwing. The jumps were completed at [Skydive Perris](http://www.skydiveperris.com), CA, and the jump platform was a Skyvan. The wing is a composite delta wing that straps to my back during the skydive. The end goal is to fly aerobatics and true formation with my wife, Melissa Pemberton, at airshows all over the world.

So far we are getting 4:1 glide ratio and between 130 to 160 mph of forward speed without any power (we are just gliding right now). I could not be happier with the tests. We are out-performing the world’s fastest fabric wingsuits by a long shot!
