Falling in LOVE
Dear Roy
This year I started on a team with two other guys and a girl, and now I am really attracted to her. I sense she is falling for me too. I would like to make a move but I’m scared of changing the dynamics of the team. We have spent 8,000 bucks each and we’d all like to carry on with the team next year. Do you have any advice?

What I believe is, if two people fall in love with each other, there is nobody that can stop it from happening. If you both feel in the same way, probably your team has noticed it already, and in my opinion that is not a bad thing at all.
I understand your concern, about how this situation can affect the team dynamics but the truth is that I don’t know the answer. I have seen couples that are inside the same team, some of them are doing great, others are just a nightmare.
There are many (unknown) factors that will influence how things will go in the future, and we don’t get any guarantees neither. My advice is to follow your heart and hope for the best!
