The most awaited extreme sports event of the year, KL TOWER INTERNATIONAL JUMP MALAYSIA 2016 ! Fans of extreme sports jump from 30 September until 3 October 2016. The event also received support from Kuala Lumpur Tourism Bureau (KLTB), Kuala Lumpur City Hall.
For the first time, KLTB had a base jumper with a parachute featuring the ‘VISIT KL’ logo at the KL Tower International Jump 2016 event. Mr Charley Kurlinkus from the United States was selected based on his experience and volume of over 2,000 jumps around the world.
In line with the KL Tourism Master Plan 2015-2025: CHAPTER 3: STRATEGY – SPORTS Initiative 6.1 – Improve positioning of KL as s sporting destination. The support for this event is to establish KL as a noted destination for sporting activities and sporting events, through improvement in promotion and the development of new crowd-drawing events.
