2014 saw my 9th year competing in the World Challenge and wow – what a year! What an amazing competition. Each year sees more and more talented skydivers coming through the sport… and they seem to get younger and younger too!
The AA competition was as exciting as the AAA from where I was standing with the standard of teams just going from strength, I am really looking forward to seeing these teams in the sky!
Close Battle
The first part of the competition saw 5 teams battling it out with each other for the eventual first 3 places on the leader board… with Equal Pay for Women just pulling ahead on a fast round 4, in front of Phoenix and Co-motion and the very talented Canadian family team, whose youngest flyer is just 9 years old!
Results
The competition was great with the battle of the 2nd and 3rd place medals continuing into the last round! The final standings were 1st Equal Pay for Women, a clear 10 pts ahead with a 18.7 average. Phoenix in 2nd with 17.7 average and Co-Motion coming in third with a 17.5 average

Co-Motion did an awesome job having only started FS in January this year. Jamie and Ricardo were the only two competitors to compete in 3 disciplines, also entering FF 2 way and 2 way dynamic, well done guys!
