Saturday, 8.30 AM, we crossed our fingers to have a good draw in the AAA category @ the Bodyflight World Challenge, Bedford 2014. It appeared to be a slow draw: 4 jumps containing 3 blocks, and a couple of technical, but fun jumps. The first round was quite funny: 17, 18, 19. After the first two rounds, the Aerodyne French Girls (France) already had a small lead on the Golden Knights (USA).
Good Fight
From the third round on, the USA Golden Knights tried to get back in the running and the competition was on! The following 3 rounds USA Golden Knights scored one point less than the Aerodyne French Girls. Nevertheless, they didn’t give up and the last four rounds the USA Golden Knights scored equally and even won one jump from the French Aerodyne Girls.

French Chicks Rock!
Anyway, I think one thing was quite clear for everyone… Although the USA Golden Knights did the best they could to stay in the running, they couldn’t handle the French Aerodyne Girls, who are at this moment the best female team. Between the other teams, there was no real close competition during the World Challenge.
Les Stunts
For us, Les Stunts, this was our first international tunnel competition. We had to do some blocks we never did before (because the tunnel in which we train is just too small to do all blocks). Even though we ended at 9th place, the competition was pretty ok for us. We got an average which was a bit lower compared to our previous average, but the draw was very difficult and slow!
Anyway, we were able to achieve our second goal: making fun! This was a very well organized competition and a great experience for us! Thank you Bodyflight World Challenge. See you all next year!
