Basic Wingsuit Information, by Brandon Mikesell & Ben Verde

What are some basic things I wish I knew when I first started wingsuiting

It’s important to continue to pass down the knowledge and information that was given to us, and that’s the sole reason for this video.

We feel this is very basic and mandatory knowledge that EVERY wingsuiter should know and learn. If you have further questions or concerns please leave a comment, or feel free to contact us.

This video was made to try and give everyone a solid base to work with and discuss. We feel it is very important to pass down basic techniques and tips to all beginner/intermediate wingsuiters. Hopefully you’ll either learn something brand new, or you’ll simply just get a refresher (which we all need from time to time).

Stop throwing rocks folks, we aren’t cavemen”

Brandon Mikesell

We are not reinventing the wheel here folks, nevertheless we consistently receive questions and see people at exit points not knowing most of these things even though almost all of us consider this to be mandatory basic wingsuiting knowledge. We can only hope this is another positive step in the right direction of ensuring everyone has the tools and understanding to be safer.
