After years of development, feedback and refinement, Cookie has officially unveiled its newest full-face helmet: the C45 Carbon.
Rather than building the helmet around one headline feature, Cookie says the C45 is the result of hundreds of small improvements driven by years of customer feedback. The company describes it as a lighter, quieter and more customizable helmet that has been refined “in just about every way we could think of.”
“Every new product has to earn its place on the shelf,” Cookie said in announcing the new helmet. “This one certainly has.”
A Focus on Refinement
Cookie’s messaging about their latest helmet launch centers on what it calls “relentless refinement.”
Among the improvements highlighted are:
- Refined shell geometry with optimized spacing for improved fit.
- Advanced ventilation designed to improve airflow.
- Custom face and custom fit options to better accommodate individual jumpers.
- Improved shell aerodynamics to make it easier to fly.
- A lighter carbon shell intended to reduce fatigue over long days of jumping.
- Quieter performance in freefall.
- Certified protection built into the updated design.
Cookie says many of the changes aren’t necessarily obvious at first glance, but become noticeable after spending a full day jumping.

Built From Community Feedback
Throughout the launch campaign, Cookie has emphasized that the C45 wasn’t designed in isolation.
According to the company, years of customer feedback helped shape the final product, with refinements focused on improving comfort, fit, noise reduction and overall day-to-day usability rather than adding a single attention-grabbing feature.
The slogan for the new helmet reflects that philosophy:
“Requested by you. Engineered by us.”
