Regan Tetlow interviews Michele Silvi – the newest Hayabusa team member and 4-way world champion…
Michele joined Hayabusa in 2020 for what he calls “2 short years” because of the restricted training time in this period. But even so, Hayabusa defended their World Championship title this year in Tanay, Russia. ๐ช
Michele, Italian born, was a member of Amnesia, the team that challenged the Italian 4-way champion team Extremo for 2 years, falling short with only 1 point in both outdoor and indoor competitions on the first attempt, but then winning both competitions the next year. Amnesia went on to win the third place at the World Indoor Skydiving Championships in Bahrain and that was the moment when Hayabusa approached him. He wasted no time in saying YES, joining the Belgian army and Hayabusa team ๐
What followed…
… it’s an unbelievable story
